Register for the
My Charles White portal
My Charles White allows you to get in touch and access the most up-to-date information whenever suits you. You can view invoices, make payments and be in control of your account 24/7.
Follow the steps below to get up and running.
To register for access, click the ‘My Charles White’ button at the top right of this page.
For the best browsing experience, we recommend using a desktop computer or laptop. If you’re on a mobile or a tablet device, you may need to change your website browser settings to desktop.
How to register
Step 1
Click the ‘My Charles White’ button at the top right of this page.
Step 2
Click on the ‘Register for access’ link, where you’ll be asked to fill in a registration form.
Step 3
Click the ‘I’m not a robot’ box followed by the Register button at the bottom. Once you’ve done this, one of our team will authorise this for you. Please note this can take up to three days, and you’ll get a notification that your account has been authorised.
Step 4
Once you’ve received a notification your account has been authorised, don’t forget to select to receive your invoices and documentation by email. To do this, go to the menu button in the top right corner, select ‘Account Settings’, add your details and tick the boxes to receive your account correspondence by email.
Downloading the app
After authorisation, you can download the free app using the App Store (Apple) or Google Play Store (Android). Just search for ‘My CW’.
The app allows you to:
● View your balance
● Make payments
● View invoices/statements and other documents
● See development news
● Access your property manager’s information and contact details
● Read development budgets
● View proposed work
● You can also add another property to your account if you have more than one
Forgotten your password?
Follow the four steps below to get back into your account.
Step 1 - To reset your password online, click the ‘My Charles White’ button at the top right of this page, which will take you to the login page.
Step 2 - Click ‘Reset My Password’
Step 3 - Enter the username and email address you used to register your portal account
Step 4 - Click the ‘I’m not a robot’, and the blue send button, which will send you a link to your email to reset your password

Forgotten your username?
Follow the four steps below to get back into your account.
Step 1 - To get a reminder of your username online, click the ‘My Charles White’ button at the top right of this page, which will take you to the login page.
Step 2 - Click ‘Retrieve My Username’
Step 3 - Enter the email address you used to register your portal account
Step 4 - Click the ‘I’m not a robot’, and the blue send button, which will send you an email to retrieve your username

You’ll find your client account number on the top of your invoices and any other documents we’ve sent you.
If you still can’t locate it, please call our office directly on 0131 447 8191 and give us your full address, and we’ll share your client account number.

Yes, we accept payment by all major debit & credit cards with the exception of Amex. There’s no surcharge for credit card transactions.

Unless you’re registered on the portal and have opted for paperless communications, you’ll receive correspondence and invoices in hard copy format via the post. Please note, there’s a monthly charge of £1.00+VAT for this to cover paper, posting and administration. For non-UK postal addresses, the fee is £2.00+VAT per month.

Yes, once you’ve registered and logged into your account, you can expand the charges on each invoice. Select the drop-down arrow and you’ll be able to open a PDF of your contractor invoices.
