We recognise we can’t maintain your development if we don’t know it inside out ourselves. That’s why we visit all our developments a minimum of seven times per year and are happy to meet with you when on-site.

 You’ll also have access to a 24-hour emergency phone line managed by one of our senior Client Relationship Managers rather than a third party with little understanding of your development.

 We continually invest in our systems, processes and technical knowledge, so you can have complete confidence in the service we provide.

Our 3-step switching process

You’re bound to have some concerns about changing your factor and the responsibility that comes with it.

When you’re frustrated trying to get things done through your current company, we’re here to make the switching process as smooth as possible.

Let us take the strain, and imagine how you’ll feel when you’ve put your current issues behind you.

Step 1 - Arrange your on-site visit 

One of our team will meet you to visit your development and understand your requirements and priorities.

Step 2 - Laying the foundations

You’ll receive a detailed report on our service and a comprehensive quote to discuss with other homeowners. 

We’ll examine your Title Deeds to advise on requirements for changing factor, and can support you in liaising with other homeowners and provide help as needed.

Step 3 - Decision time

Provide us with details of our appointment and inform your current factor in writing. We can supply you with a template letter to make this easier.

At every step on the way they kept us up to date with what is happening also the staff in the office could not be more helpful helping us set up a d/d for our monthly payment which we can view online.

Site visits are notified in advance and give you the chance to meet up if required which again is something that never happened with our previous factor.
