We are investing in our team with in-house training and mentoring. We have an increasing number of our team doing external training, including IRPM training to obtain a Diploma in Property Factoring in Scotland, exams with the Chartered Insurance Institute and accreditation with the Chartered Institute of Building.
Continuous improvement is important to us and we are investing in our current IT systems to enhance their functionality around client interaction, site inspection reporting and contractor invoicing.
Our goal is to treat each of our client’s property as if it is our own and we are here to serve our clients to the best of our ability.
